About Reltronix

Reltronix provide UK on-shore semiconductor assembly and test services for single and multi-chip high-reliability packages.  We benefit from significant bare die handling experience via our sister company Die Devices and are well equipped to develop interconnect and assembly solutions from bare die level onwards.

 

We also offer a wide range of electrical and mechanical test services starting at bare die level through to fully assembled plastic, metal or ceramic package production test screening. Our in‑house test equipment is well suited to military and space component testing specifications such as MIL‑STD‑883, and we are very familiar with military process‑level testing. We also bring engineering and assembly experience with bare die, ceramic components and hybrid circuits.

 

The vast majority of our services are focused around Mil-Std protocols.  We also work with custom specifications and source control drawings that are supplied by customers.
